MDS Admissons

Convener Quota / Government Quota / A category (50% of sanctioned intake and as per Seat Matrix prepared by the University)
ELIGIBILITY:
A) (i) The Candidate shall be an Indian National / Person of Indian origin (PIO) / Citizen of Indian origin card holder.
    (ii) Candidates who studied BDS in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh obtained degree.
   (iii) Candidates whose domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh and obtained BDS Degree from other states in India.
  (iv) Candidates whose domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh and possessing Foreign Dental Degree.
B) Candidate should have qualified in NEET MDS by securing marks of cut-off score i.e., 50th Percentile for General Category, 40th Percentile for SC/ST/BC and 45th Percentile for OC-PH candidates.
C) Candidate should have passed BDS Degree examination from an Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India and should have registration from State Dental Council.
D) Candidates who hold recognized Foreign Dental Degree should have obtained permanent registration from Dental Council of India / State Dental Council after completing compulsory rotating internship.
E) Candidates who satisfy the Local / Non-Local status as per G.O.P. No. 646 Education (W) Department Dated: 10-07-1979 only are eligible to apply for determining the merit position for competent authority quota seats in respective categories as per NEET-MDS merit. Candidates are informed to read the KNRUHS prospectus carefully regarding eligibility criteria.
F) Reservations applicable to the respective categories as per the statutory provisions.
G) Internship should be completed by 31st May (eg: Internship should be completed on or before 31.05.2025 for PG 2026-27 Admissions).
H) Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued by Government of Telangana / KNRUHS from time to time.
I) Fee structure will be as fixed by the Government of Telangana.
J) The seats will be filled by the Competent Authority i.e., Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana on Merit Basis i.e., based on NEET Marks/NEET Ranks.  Notification will be issued for admissions by the University every year.

Management Quota Seats :
The Management Quota Seats are categorized into (a) Management Quota Sub–Category–1: 25%, (b) Management Quota Sub–Category–2: (NRI quota)15% (c) Management Quota Sub–Category–3: (Institutional Preference Quota) – 10%.
ELIGIBILITY:
A) The Candidates from All over India are eligible for Management Quota Sub–Category – 1.
B) Foreign Students / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates are eligible for Management Quota Sub – Category – 2.
C) Candidates sponsored by the Management’s of College are eligible for Management Quota Sub – Category – 3.
D) Candidate should have qualified in NEET MDS by securing marks of cut-off score i.e., 50th Percentile for General Category, 40th Percentile for SC/ST/BC and 45th Percentile for OC-PH candidates.
E) Candidate should have passed BDS Degree examination from an Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India and should have registration from State Dental Council.
F) Candidates who hold recognized Foreign Dental Degree should have obtained permanent registration from Dental Council of India / State Dental Council after completing compulsory rotating internship.
G) Internship should be completed by 31st March or notified by the Dental Council of India.
H) No Reservations for SC/ST/BC in all the Management Quota Categories and there are no other reservations.
I) Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued by Government of Telangana / KNRUHS from time to time.
J) Fee structure will be as fixed by the Government of Telangana.
K) The seats will be filled by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana on Merit Basis i.e., based on NEET Marks. A separate Notification will be issued for Management Quota admissions by the University every year.

All the selected candidates shall submit Bank Guarantee to the respective college for Tuition Fee chargeable for the remaining period of the course.
