All institutions under the aegis of Mamata Educational Society, Khammam, celebrated 80th Independence Day with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The celebration brought together the management, faculty, staff and students of the institution to commemorate the 80th Independence Day of India and to honour the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.
The programme was graced by Smt. Puvvada Jayashree, Secretary, Mamata Educational Society as the Chief Guest. Dr. Puvvada Naren, Dr. Sai Shirini, Dr. B. Anuradha, and Dr. G. Venkateswara Rao were also present on the occasion.
The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. The dignitaries addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of patriotism, unity, discipline and responsible citizenship in nation building. They encouraged the students to uphold the values of freedom and contribute positively to the progress of the nation.
