The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm at Mamata
General Hospital Campus on 15th August 2025 at 8:45 A.M. The programme commenced with the hoisting
of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, Sri Puvvada Nageshwar Rao garu, Founder of Mamata
Educational Society, Khammam. The gathering paid tribute to the nation with the National Anthem.Smt.
Puvvada Jayasree, Secretary, Mamata Educational Society, and Dr. Puvvada Naren, Director, MES,
Khammam, graced the occasion and addressed the gathering. In his address, the Chief Guest highlighted:
The importance of Independence Day in remembering the sacrifices of freedom fighters.
The responsibility of students and professionals in nation-building.
The role of healthcare professionals in serving society with dedication and integrity.
The dignitaries appreciated the efforts of the institution in maintaining academic excellence and
discipline.All Teaching and Non-Teaching staff members and students actively participated in the
celebration. The event reflected unity, patriotism, and institutional pride.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest,
Management, faculty, staff, and students for their presence and cooperation in making the event a grand
success
